RBM HoldSolutions, a division of Roberts & Boecker Management Ltd., is based in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Moving into our tenth year of business and servicing over 2,000 vessels with our products, RBM HoldSolutions is pleased to continue providing our revolutionary line of user and environmentally friendly hold products for the marine industry.

Cleaning and Barrier products are the the forefront of all Owner/Operator requirements when it comes to dry cargo bulkers, and we at RBM HoldSolutions pride ourselves with providing the very best of these products.

Our founding members, John Roberts, a 30-year veteran of the shipping industry, and Uwe Boecker, a barrier specialist, united after realizing the demand for an alternative solution to limewash.

Our goal is to become the world leader in providing cleaning and barrier solutions to the marine industry, with products that are easy to use and friendly to the environment.

Uwe Boecker

September 15, 1940 - October 11, 2009

  • After inspiring all those around him with his positive attitude, unwavering sense of humour, dedication to his community and joy of life, Uwe has started a new journey to discover the mystery of life after life.

  • Uwe was born and raised in Germany. He married Christa in 1964 and their honeymoon brought them to Vancouver where they immediately fell in love with Canada and made it their home.

  • Forever an entrepreneur, Uwe explored many different business ventures, always looking for that "new product". He continued to work until very recently in the marine industry, running a sucessful company that he helped build from the ground up.

  • Uwe was passionate about many things including being one of the founding members of the Langley Canada Day Celebrations, the camaraderie found through cruising in his Austin Healey, the joy of his friends and above all, the love of his family.

  • Uwe could always be found wearing his famous beige vest, with 53 pockets to hold all of his gadgets. His smile and laugh brightened every room he walked into. He always gave so much more than he took. He was a true gentleman.

  • Uwe will always be remembered for his favourite saying "Oh Vell" - if you can't change it, its not worth getting upset about. He maintained that attitude to his very last day and inspired many people around him to adopt the same "Oh Vell" attitude.

  • Uwe will be forever missed by his loving wife, Christa, his proud children, Sven, Cora and Thom, his brother Harro, sister Anke, as well as countless family and friends.

  • Although we are comforted that he has left his pain behind, our hearts ache that he is no longer with us. Our sorrow is deep but we will find strength knowing that he will continue to live in our hearts and minds.
